Trying to get information on a quarter I found at work. It's a 1995 P and looks to be struck wrong, and there is no reeding on the edge.

to the Community!

I moved your welcome post to the appropriate forum for the proper attention.

By the way, I am in the Palmetto State, too.

Also known as a broad struck error. How does the diameter compare to a normal quarter?

Looks like one Mike Diamond mentioned on his site:
http://www.error-ref.com/?s=off+center
Off Center Strike With Collar Scar PART VI. Striking Errors: Off Center Strikes: With Collar Scar
Definition: An off-center strike will often show a collar scar on the face struck by the anvil die. A collar scar is a semi-circular groove that lies lateral to the die-struck design and the location of the design rim. The collar scar is produced when the protruding portion of the off-center planchet is forced down upon the top of the collar by the descending hammer die. The strength and completeness of the collar scar varies considerably, and a significant fraction of off-center strikes show no collar scar at all.

Six Mile and Pelzer. Been through those places a time or twenty.

I noticed you did not say West Pelzer.
