I found this 1919-P in bank coin roll today. I am not too familiar with wear patterns, but the wear around the date does not look like other coins I have found. Has this one been acid-tested?

Probably so. Agree the wear pattern is not typical.

With this much wear the date would have been long gone unless it were brought up with acid treatment, probably with vinegar.
Rest in Peace

Might be a Metal Detecting find. I've found a few Buffalo's when I was out detecting and all those years in the soil can make them look funny. I'm not certain that's the story behind this one, but it is a possibility.

There is way too much wear on the rim of the coin for the date to be visible without treatment.

Agree with the others, too much overall wear for any part of a date to remain.
