Of course, he hasn't stated clearly that this is a replica.

Look at the bust of William IV - that is not he. Not as though this was the clearest indicator that it was a fake, look at the description - Piedfort!

G'day, I hate to disagree, but that portrait looks like all the other W4 effigies that I've seen.
I don't know if W4 had any crowns in his reign - there were a lot of gaps in the crowns. But I'm sure that they weren't copper.
I guess is that this is a "fantasy piece" along with various coins if Edward 8th, the 1819 Sovereign, etc.
Not even much good as a paperweight.

I think the chin is wrong, as is the hair, he looks like a guy from down the pub..

G'day, ... from my reading of history, W4 was "a guy from down the pub", except that he was particularly tall, 6'4" they say. So during his Naval career, he spent a lot of time banging his head on the deck above. When he became King, he introduced the practice of The Loyal Toast being conducted while seated.
His wife, Queen Adelaide, was a popular figure, and she was for many years as QV's chief counsellor.

The differences in profiles may be due to the actual engraver of the die.
