The first looks like an EF, the second more like a nice mid range AU. As for value, can't help you much, sorry.
Nice coins! I love the younger Victoria head on the 1858-59 cents

First of all, great pennies! I love seeing large cent collectors around the world :)

That 5/5 is great! I'm wondering if it's a hanging 9...? (you know how those pennies in the 1950's are 'hanging' with a square punch looking thing above the 9)
Maybe it's just a trick in lighting or toning

Ok ok, back to grading and price
1859 DP5 (5/5) AU-50
Book value $25 CAD - this variety is not widely recognized as bringing a higher price unless you find the right collector :)
Market value in my opinion: $25-30 CAD
1859 N9 MS-63/64 BN (brown). I looked very hard and other than toning that makes it look circulated there's no wear at all.
Book value $270-550 CAD if the coin was fully red
Market value in my opinion: $225 CAD

Coin #1 is in the back of Charlton Standard Catalogue 65th Edition page 297 or Haxby PC59-575 and trends for $500.00 AU. Very hard coin to find in any grade

Coin #2 Haxby PC59-378 and I would also say MS62 or 63. Very hard to grade from a photo. Very nice coin!!
