I'll go with AU-55; just a hint of rub on Liberty's right leg.

Not sure about cleaned or not, but I'm still not great at detecting that. No obvious cleaning marks, but it could have been dipped.

As many of you probably know, the '59-O was among several bags of Liberty Seated dollars that had survived in Treasury vaults for more than a century and that were released (at face value) during the redemption period in the mid-'60s, when many rare (at the time) Morgan dollars like the 1903-O came crashing down.
