According to the CCC info, it celebrates "otherworldly life" in the deep waters off Canada's west coast. It's described as GID backlit, with multiple layers of GID overprint. Includes an ultraviolet flashlight. I'm not much in favour of coins that don't indicate country of issue, denomination etc on the reverse.
