I personally like the Sac and Native American dollars, and I'm interested in buying some, for collection and long-term investment purposes. I'll also happily spend them if they are not in great condition.

I'm going to see what my LCS has, as well as (if needed) buying online. Looking through ebay current and past sales has generated the following questions.

QUESTION #1: If I want to buy a roll of 25 Sac dollars, it would seem prudent, unless I really trust the seller, to purchase coin rolls only if they are the original US Mint rolls. Would you agree?

Understanding that execrable sellers might create fake US Mint wrappers or boxes, if the seller has an excellent reputation, and the sales picture looks like this:

or this:

or comes in a US Mint box, with labeling such as this:

QUESTION #2: Would you assume the coins are most likely legit?

Those are legit OGP for sure.
Very unlikely faked or reproduced for such minor dollar amounts.

You will be paying premium prices for OGP's, of course.
Before the newer design changes, you could get bank rolls of Uncirculated Sacs, so those would be out there too.

As far as hoarding Sac rolls for "future investment"....I don't think that will be profitable for you, in fact you may actually lose money by not even getting what YOU paid for them....but that's just my opinion.
Silver would be a far better risk.

The OGP rolls you have posted look ok, and most likely authentic.

If I was going to buy any of those, I like the sealed mint boxes.

I also agree that paying a premium for Sac's as a investment might
not turn out to be much profit. Most of the time I have seen collectors
do similar, will end up dumping them for face value.

This is a hobby, it is best to collector for fun.

That said, I do stack a lot of modern coins. I feel if your stacking quality
coins as close to face as possible, then you might not lose money.
