The filled mint mark is probably a broken post issue. (common) The Last digit is a 1. It appears to be a stain in that area. If it were a different digit, it would be raised, which it is not. Over digits were an 18-19th century issue because they created each die not from a completed hub like they do today. The digits were either individually punched or used a gang punch to place them to the other devices added to the die. Today the only time we see an issue with the dates having two digits on the end number is called an doubled die, as the die was created with two different year hubs. (not an over date or repunching with the same digit) They used two different years hubs.
