The top coin might have once been cleaned and retoned; the toning on the second looks like original album toning to me. The 1893 might have been lightly cleaned at one point in its life , but the surfaces look good under a loup, no hairlines and it has decent luster still remaining ... I could be wrong but I believe both would grade out problem free.. Report this Post to the Staff
