I still need training wheels for grading Seated coins, so I am just guessing here.. my first thought was XF.

technically obverse XF40, reverse AU50, however I'm with coinfrog that the coin has been cleaned. still a nice piece but it will affect value

I wouldn't doubt that most coins over hundred year old doesn't have some form of cleaning, just the severity.
