That is fantastic, thank you so much for taking the time to help with this.

Should I make reference to this post on the coin in my auction?

I'll have it as a price with Best offer. So do they PM me with their offers or are they a regular post on the auction post? When I get an offer do I post that offer info on my post for others to see?

I don't want to mess up and want to make sure I do this correctly.

i am not completely sure and I don't want to throw you in the wrong path, so I would say

1. the only way you will truly unlock the potential of this coin is to get it certified by PCGS or NGC and

2. for your question, I think contacting the forum dad, Bobby131313 would be the best and clearest answer as he wrote the rules and runs the forum.

Compared it to a graded 63 and its all of that. I'm with Coinfrog on this one, the luster and the fields should get it to 64. Rim west reverse side is hard to discern. A beautiful coin for sure. Good luck !

Another good reason to submit it for grading is that many counterfeit Morgan dollars exist and examples turn up on ebay all the time. Some look very real. If you have your coin graded by PCGS, NGC, ANACS, or ICG you have a guarantee of authenticity which will reassure bidders and likely get you a higher final bid. PCGS slabs often bring the highest price; ANACS is probably your cheapest option and is excellent for authentication.

Good luck!
