Can you take one out of the plastic bag and photograph it in close-up? Also, maybe a close-up of the buckle? A couple thoughts though: love the dollar sign hallmark on the first belt--very classy. On a more serious note, then second belt seems a bit older to me--maybe Asian with the carp theme? Neither seems particularly old or valuable to me.
