Can that be natural or does it look like the surfaces were messed with at some time? Here's the detail of the overdate by the way. syeb Valued Member United States 282 Posts	Posted 08/04/2016 10:21 pm Well it is an ICG EF 45. I am planning on sending it to PCGS/NGC as it will most likely cross at ICG's grade or even AU. I started another thread in the TPG forum about the possibilities. Thanks for participating. It took a lot of arguing with myself before deciding to purchase and ICG coin but the price was right and I am getting frustrated in trying to find this variety for a decent price.
