Having a bit of trouble getting perfect focus photos uploaded that meet the minimum requirements. Please bear with me. I am thinking XF-? on this coin. looking for some education And pointers. Thank you, Bill

Here is a group showing actual color of $2.50 coin. I believe this indicates better eye appeal. Also, I would appreciate the indicator(s) of being cleaned. Respectfully, Bill

Wow, if thats the real color in the grouping your first pics are pretty bad. I think it can make AU50. the detail in the feather grouping over the cheek is very detailed. this is a high point on the obverse and should show the most wear

Must agree. Not fond of the upper obverse scratches, but no longer think it has been cleaned. AU-50.

I'm with you Frog, the detail of an AU coin is there, eye appeal is lousy though but I attribute some of that to the photos.

How taking pictures the wrong way can make the coin looks bad, and even more pronounce when you enlarge the image with all the flaws showing up. I can say that's an mid-AU coin from the last group.
Now I am thinking flawed coins with good camera skill can overlook imperfections.
