It's been a while since I was on but I am still researching and consider all of you a valuable tool! I have a new image device that I am still learning about and do not know how to circle areas of concern. It doesn't look like Machine Doubling to me but I am still an armature. It is machine damaged after the strike. The die movement damaged the right side of the devices on the motto:
1879-Morgan-Dollar-Possible-DDR
Not a hub doubled die example. Just a normal die with MD on the coin.

Darn. I never seem to get it right. The small t in trust made me think doubling because of the top of the t. Thanks Coop!

I bought a digital microscope that is 500X for a fairly inexpensive price of $20.00 on ebay. I don't see a brand name on it. Made in China I'm sure, LOL.
