The middle one looks a lot like an early Sudan- inspired token. I'm positive that it's not a regular coin, as Sudan coins didn't use western-Arab numerals like the '21'.

The other two remind me quite a bit of Tunisian/Libyan/Egyptian coins. Again, it looks like two fantasy tokens, as the obverse seems largely the same as the reverse.

The 2 others look more as Saudi-Arabian coins. It is difficult to tell if these are copies, or real coins made into jewelry and harshly cleaned afterwards

They are all replicas of gold coins, rather than actual gold coins. The "21" stamped on the large Ottoman piece is a sure sign that that one is a replica: in Dubai, making and selling fake gold coins is legal, so long as the they are made of real gold and the actual fineness of the replica is clearly marked in this way ("21" means it is made of 21k gold).

The smaller pieces are replicas of Saudi gold coins. They are rather crude, and the "21" mark is present on these coins also, though a little harder to see, above the left-hand-side palm tree.
