So I FINALLY started back with my genealogy stuff again and I feel like giving something away!
OBJECTIVE: Guess how many Direct Generations I have listed in my Family Tree .(father's father's father's etc.) Guess the Birth Date of my oldest known Direct Ancestor. Guess the country of their birth. (ex: 4 Generations, 1867, Madagascar)
RULES: 1. One guess per member. (no edits) 2. The same answers can be picked by multiple members. 3. There will be no hints. 4. Contest ends Sunday @ 10pm EST. 5. Must have 50 posts or more to participate.
THE PRIZE: A Marshall Islands WWII Commemorative! (because everyone should join in my obsession)
UPDATE: Well the Country has been guessed correctly, the # of Generations has been guessed correctly, and Someone is 35 years off!
2 More Days! Good Luck!

6, 1764, England Hmmm, since most of my kin folk are from Tennessee/Georgia, maybe we're related I also research Genealogy but put it off to the side for awhile since it gets frustrating, as you know Thanks for the Contest

Mostly at random ...
12 generations, 1642, Denmark
Assuming no one nails it perfectly, how will you decide if one answer is closer than another?
Fun contest!! Thanks!

I'll do an elaborate point system to pick the winner. Spot on per each answer gets 10 points. next closest gets 9 and so forth with country i'll do it by distance to my country and if there's a tie they get to guess the person's name Great Answers so far Guys! Oh and who in the world MSNed me to sweettalk the answer from me?
