This might be a good deal. Even if the bellows has a hole or two, if you're handy, it's easily repaired with black duct tape or silicone. No return is a minus.
Can't hurt to make an offer if you want a Pentax AB. Doesn't appear that the gear glides are cracked and the camera mount adapter is there. I use one of these myself...very precise.
I'd be careful for one reason: the screw that tightens the bellows to the front standard is bent. If it breaks, it may be tough to attach or remove the bellows. The screw is expanded on the inside so can't easily be removed without damaging the threads on the front standard.
