Was surfing around and saw it and thought obvious fake but if it is real it's very "fresh looking"...just curious like I say.

I believe the coin is real. I've seen heavy patina like this before, but this one does look applied and than tooled to bring out the detail.

I agree that it's real. I've seen other coins that have corrosion around the edges with this green patina.

Thanks for the responses....the sharp features on the portrait looked odd for such an ancient coin but other areas seemed legit.
