I believe this is a Constantius Gallus The pictures are not too great because it needs an oil bath (its in the EVO now) The obv and rev read as follows (as best as I could decipher)

OBV : IMP CONSTAN - TIUS PF AVG

REV: FEL TEMP REPARATIO

MINT : SCON Arles

Any help with a reference number would be greatly apreciated

Your coin is Constantius II. It can't be Gallus because the obverse bust has a diadem, and Gallus, as Caesar, was always bare-headed. The obverse legend is also wrong for Gallus. Your obverse legend is DN CONSTAN-TIVS PF AVG. The reference number will depend on control marks on the reverse. It looks like there might be an M in the left field, if so, then your coin is Arles 269 or 272. If the fields are blank, then your coin is RIC VIII Arles 266. Helvetica has a great site for I.D.ing LRB's.
