I think this is a DDR but I know it is also very circulated. Not finding die markers because of circulation issues.

It is difficult to tell in that condition, but you might take a closer look at the obverse side. It looks like the R in LIBERTY has a skinny left leg, which would demand a closer look.

The circulation wear and flatting have enlarged the devices a bit. I agree, it is not a doubled die. If it were a doubled die, the dots on the EPU would have been enlarged. If there were any hub doubling, it would have been enlarged even larger than the normal devices that were flatten/worn on this coin.

Thanks for looking- I was thinking worn die as well but the "U"'s were really fat at the bottoms so I figured I would ask.

Besides the dot, the L is usually fatter at the bottom also.
