It looks like a stylized copy of this gold coin...(but this is not an area I am very familiar with).

Yikes! I'm a little surprised that they let that pic through.

Anyway, I'm not 100% on board that it is a so-called belly-dancer token. This one is different from most of them that get posted here in two respects: it is thick enough that it has a different design on the obverse and reverse. Also, it has a tab in the mold for the hanging hole to be drilled. Most that we see are so thin that both sides have the same image (one side is incuse) and a hole is drilled somewhat haphazardly near the rim. I think that this is more likely to be a charm for a bracelet or marriage veil.

In any case @atillas23, it isn't a real coin.
