Just shows you how tough it is to sell common "stuff" on ebay.

You can't stay in business very long when your $2 item costs you at least $3 to sell and ship.

Sad, but a neat buy for the Buyer!

I have purchased $2 bills on ebay for $1 with free shipping. This has happened multiple times. It is a cheap marketing ploy for the seller.

Yes, sellers probably do this to increase their positive feedback.

It only costs them $1 and they get positives.
