cwb Pillar of the Community United States 3463 Posts	Posted 08/19/2016 4:42 pm This coin wouldn't make any MS grade. It has numerous small dings and scratches along with dirt still trapped in the devices. I think cleaned with AU-50 details. Report this Post to the Staff
