At least 58, perhaps up to around 63BRN. Nice find!

Slight hint of a fingerprint on the obverse but, very nice, MS-62BN

Ah , I hate to sound like a Newbie , but something is telling me this could be a impaired proof . Sharp rims , granular sandblast surface .

The edge is not sharp and smooth enough to be a proof.
The field has been cleaned or dipped in my opinion.
MS60 cleaned.

This coin wouldn't make any MS grade. It has numerous small dings and scratches along with dirt still trapped in the devices. I think cleaned with AU-50 details.
