What would you guys grade this at? Does it look like it's been cleaned to any of you? Thanks for your help.

Dang I was afraid of that. I was so excited about the price when I got it that I wasn't thinking clearly. I thought I was getting a pretty good deal.

How much does that diminish its value?

Agree VD-25 and definitely cleaned; couple of reverse rim hits do not help.

Lots of hair detail and eagle feathers. I'd be at VF-35 but agree it was cleaned so a "details" grade.

The surfaces look grainy from possible corrosion removal and at first glance I questioned the authenticity of the piece. While it does appear genuine the neck/cheek area look particularly bad and I would return it unless it was very cheap. P.S, As far as value goes I wouldn't pay over $25 for it but ebay buyers regularly pay $50+ for such pieces.

VF-25 maybe 30. Definitely cleaned harshly at some point and would come back details from a TPG. Likely re-toned to hide some of the surfaces/pitting. For a value take a looks at ebay results, a lot of cleaned Capped Bust/Seated coinage is actively offered and sells there. I'd place value in the $50-60 range on a good day when the buyers are looking for detail over originality.

I agree with all of the above. Unfortunately, many early US coins were cleaned, sometimes regularly. In this case, I'd value the coin at around 20-25% of FMV for a problem-free example in the grade. It's good to learn to spot cleaning, corrosion and other things now before you start spending a lot of money, and this is one way to learn. Due to the Overton varieties, there is always a market on the Bay for coins such as this one, even as-is, just to fill holes in year-variety sets.
