Dealer is offering this coin for $55. The color is concerning me; should I steer clear from this coin?

Thanks for any/all help

not a fan of the color of this coin. Looks messed with to me. Might be an N-45 with that date position and what looks like a bump in the lower left side of E in cent. If so its an R-4 coin. Sharpness of coin looks XF to me. $55 might be a bit much though with that color IMHO
