I am doing some research and wondered if someone can identify this coin on a cufflink. I think it's Roman but am utterly clueless. Thanks!

Hi @rachel87 and welcome to CCF. It would be a whole lot easier to ID the item on this cufflink if you could take a head-on photo. My initial thought is that it isn't Roman, but it is hard to tell with the current photo.
