Difficult
If the left arm was more pronounced I would say MS65 obverse
I do not know whether that year had a general problem with a week strike or not
The reverse lacks a lot of details in the feathers so no rating possible without a better picture

Thank you ageka for your answer.
You are right, the quality of pictures is quite bad :( .
The structures (incl. the left arm) are much more pronounced in reality.
I need to make new pictures.
Think my scanner is too old :D .

You see the shadow ?
First trick try and let the light come from above so that the shadow is at the bottom
If your scanner has a setting use 300 dpi if possible and select on preview only the area of the coin and nothing else
Save as a bitmap file then go and convert it to jpeg and post it here
My scanner is 7 years old but it was build to convert paper color fotos to electronic color photos and so I am very happy with it

If the reverse is as good remains the question what are the black dots at the end of the eagles feathers

Itīs hard to get a well picture of the left arm.
It is much better pronounced than it looks on the picture.
I would say the strengthens and prounouncing of the left arm is as strong as the one of the sheets of the bush.

Like you say you did your best
I think NGC would give you MS 64
That is what I would be on ebay for it anyway
