I'll try for better pics tomorrow-all the die markers match,notch in R but it's a little blurry in pic. Note the 2 large die scratches under 86 and above ERTY

You have a coin that has suffered a few die events. The die is showing a breakdown on the edge of the coin making a rim appear inside the rim of the coin. This happened a lot on the 1980's Zincolns. There is also die polishing scratches on the coin above LIBERTY. These happen after a die has been polished to remove events that happen on the fields. (clashes and other events) The mark on the tip of the 'R' is just a contact mark. If it were a hub doubling issue, the other devices would also be affected. Nothing warrants a premium for you coin, but knowing what happened helps.

Good eye and nice find!

You have to look but you can see the extra thickness on the 6 of the date fairly well on this one. The notching on the S shows up well also.
