Chinese Cash Coin - Or Is It Korean?

The 1st pic is written in Chinese characters, the 2nd pic is written in mandarin characters. The 1st pic should be "Jiaqing Tongbao", but the Chinese character at the bottom of 1st pic is Wrong!
