The first picture is upside-down, but it looks like 1 real from Peru, made between 1701 and 1728. Maybe 1706? That last digit at the bottom of the second picture is quite hard to read, so I could be wrong.

1 real, Lima (Peru), 1706, assayer R (Leonardo de Rojas). KM# 31. Nice cob and a little scarcer than other years listed under the same KM#.
