Having watched several members post their Indian coins I thought I would dip my toe in the water
Knowing very little I opted for a cheap coin that wouldn't hurt if it isn't genuine, happy to pay a few pounds for the education
Sold unattributed, believed to be Bhartrdaman.
The 1st coin on the list maybe ?

Not really my area of collecting (yet?!), but looks like a pretty nice pick-up to me.

Nice one! I haven't had the time to really get into the swing of learning to match the Brahmi legends to ID mine, but they are fun little coins to collect. I have never seen one faked before, and "shiny" ones go for about $5-9 unattributed on ebay.

I really like these little drachms of the Western Satraps. I wish I would have completed the series before they have gotten so expensive. This is a very nice example, it's seldom to find these struck where all the legend is visible.

The Nahapana issue is especially interesting in that it is the only example (AFAIK) that has an only somewhat blundered "Greek" legend. I saw one on ebay once that had something like "NAHAP---CHXX--IOX"
