I am going to say MS65RD. I am hoping PCGS hasn't done something untoward such as giving this a "Smoothed" details grade.

This looks like the MS66RD 1914-d cent up on auction on ebay with a Buy It Now price of $88,510 !

You guys are good. Yes it's in a PCGS MS66RD slab and was one of Larry Shapiro's "Coin of the Day" selections this week. You can get the "Coin of the Day" sent to your inbox, email them if you'd like to get it. He has some unbelievable pieces for sale.

If without scuff marks on obverse, it could be MS67RD.
