The board is losing it's color, the nickel & quarter are changing (almost looks like they're rusting) Should I move the coins to separate air-tites? This is the best picture I could take, but it doesn't show much of the rusty look I'm talking about

If the toning has nice eye appeal,leave them alone.A nicely toned coin ads value.

That's a question only you can really answer. Do you like your coins bright and shiny or do you like them toned? It appears the OGP is allowing air in and it is affecting at least the nickel and quarter. You might also consider where you are storing your coins. If the storage area is not cool and relatively dry, toning can occur.
