No, I don't think that it is a Struck Through Error. Most of what I have seen is when it is on top of the devices. Those may be long die gouges/scratches/Dents - I am still working on identifying which is which.

They look like die scratches to me. If they are raised, that's what they are.

I think they are indented. From the way the light is hitting unless I'm confused on that.

In the third picture: seeing how the light and shadows appear similar on the lines and the letters, I would guess the lines are raised. Sounds like you do not have the coin in hand

Oh no I have it right in front of me. I'm sure your right about the light and I'm the one that's wrong. It definitely wouldn't be the first time. ;)
It's so shiny it's hard for me to tell. I tried rubbing a q tip across it but they're just to small to feel.

Have you tried using a finger nail?

No I hadn't tried it but I just did and it's to close to the letters to feel it.
But while doing that I did by total accident get it in a better light situation and was able to see them much better.
And you all are correct they are indeed raised.
I wish I could have gotten a picture but I was using both hands and holding a flash light with my mouth.. lol

Die gouges on the field leaving raised lines on the coin that flow behind the devices. If it were a struck through it would flow over the top of the devices and the fields leaving an incuse line. These are a die issue. Damage to the die fields.
