Nice find!

It looks like there is a crack on the opposite side of the Memorial also. Hard to say what caused them, but that is a common area to find them. 1983 and 1984 had a lot of die clashes, they are all worth looking at.

I don't think so. There are certain areas on the cent where die cracks are common and that area is one of them.
