@Bonillwn1, first welcome to CCF! Second, while this isn't really my area of knowledge, this could be the case where grease got into the die at the mint and prevented the details from fully striking up. I'm recommending to the mods that they move your post over to an area where some really smart folks should be able to provide more expert opinions.
