It's likely some kind of struck-through "error" (struck through grease, perhaps?). Probably not a premium on it but I'll let the experts weigh in.

Just saw this, it is a Struck Through Grease. It is one that might actually command a premium, just because of the devices it is affecting, this should be in the modern error and variety forum. It will get more attention there
