Ok this one is odd.
Between the column the curved line is with relief.
Across the steps it's flat and scaring
Below to the T it's relief again.
Thoughts? What is it likely from?

But it maybe a stain from that thread that changed the color on your coin if the thread is missing.

It's part of the coin, not secondary. Raised between the column...would this be a strike through or was it damage to the die, lots of die scratches by the T just north. Wire?
