So, here's this Jefferson I found at the bottom of a roll of 1943-D-Jefferson's. Can anyone tell me -is this a die break?

Looks more like a lamination issue than a die crack.

Thanks, coop!. Would there be any extra value in this coin because of such an error?

Not much of a premium. If someone was buying the coin, it would be more of a distraction. If it had peeled off a lot, then there would be a premium for this. This is just a case of a slight peel line. More of a oh no, rather than a aaaha moment. It is a Silver coin though. That is worth more than a regular Nickel.

It looks like a combination of a minor lamination and damage, but hard to distinguish between the two from the photo.
