USPS employees accused of hoarding parcels, stealing veterans' medication
http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/...p-story.htmlNot exactly on topic since the article doesn't mention coins, however numismatic & bullion items have been targeted in the past by corrupt postal employees and are seen as easy cash by criminals. Also many PCGS submissions go through Southern California on route to PCGS main offices for grading. A corrupt postal service employee in that supply chain could cause great damage to the collector community. It is very disturbing that an USPS employee could fail to deliver 48,000 pieces of mail before being caught. With the rise of the internet, collectors more than ever are dependent on the USPS and their employees.
