A few years back, I went to a coin shop to buy some foreign coins and I found this strange coin inside a plastic case. I bought it for $7 just because it was so unusual. The one I have is a cameo proof. On one side it says "Republic of Liberia" and has the date and Liberia's coat of arms and "10 Dollars" near the bottom. On the other side, it says "Wallstreet" and has an image of some stock traders, a bull, a bear, and a chart in the background. It is almost as large as a half dollar but only half the thickness.
I have looked it up and all I could find is that it's made of .999 silver. I have no idea what the mintage is, what type of set it came from, what it's market value is, or if the Liberian government even made this thing.
Here's where I found info on it:

Here's my pictures in case anybody wants to help me look for info of it.
