A few years back, I went to a coin shop to buy some foreign coins and I found this strange coin inside a plastic case. I bought it for $7 just because it was so unusual. The one I have is a cameo proof. On one side it says "Republic of Liberia" and has the date and Liberia's coat of arms and "10 Dollars" near the bottom. On the other side, it says "Wallstreet" and has an image of some stock traders, a bull, a bear, and a chart in the background. It is almost as large as a half dollar but only half the thickness.
I have looked it up and all I could find is that it's made of .999 silver. I have no idea what the mintage is, what type of set it came from, what it's market value is, or if the Liberian government even made this thing.
Here's where I found info on it: http://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces70493.html

The site doesn't even have a picture of it.

Here's my pictures in case anybody wants to help me look for info of it.

well as no one has answered this...

This is one of a plethera of non circulating legal tender coins (heavy on the non circulating and light on the legal tender) of Liberia, and other smaller countries and principalities and nearly deserted islands. Most, if not all, of these are made through contract by private mints outside of the country they claim to be from. These are things you buy if you like them because you like them.

Thanks for the info Tryna. Makes sense that stuff like this would be made by a private mint and not by the Liberian government.
