Has anyone tried using the Kaskade Canada Albums? Apparently these are new and available for denominations from 1 cent through twoonies. The albums are quite colourful.

These would be for kids, so I am interested in comments from anyone who has tried them.

Thanks!

I ordered two packages of seven albums off the Costco website a while ago (here (commemorative quarters album not included)), and have been using them for nearly a month now. I am using them for my date sets, and so far I like them.

One thing I was not expecting was that the pages for the one cent coins are big enough to hold large cents, so that was a pleasant surprise. I am not sure what more I can say about these albums though.

Alex, good question! I've noticed CanadaPost sells these as well but I've yet to notice any on display.

@ Joseph7420 I'm wondering whether or not the year is preprinted with the respective coin slot in each of the albums?

None of the albums have anything printed inside of them- just clear spots to place coins. The only exception would be for the commemorative quarters album. That one is the only album from the set I do not own, but looking at the pictures, something is there.

Thanks Joseph7420, that's very good to know. Yes from the Costco photo it appears the green album is for Commemorative 25c so it would make sense that one has preprinted inserts.
