Well,
I just p/up 4 boxes of halves and I swear that all the rolls in the first box I've opened are Brilliant Uncirculated 1994, 1995, 1996.

Would you think it would be worth it for me to keep any of these? They are almost in pristine condition...very few bag marks or scratches on them.

Thanks,
Laura

If you can afford it, I'd keep all of the BU for a while. Check what they are going for on ebay.

That could be EXPENSIVE TO KEEP ! But, yeah....WOW.....if you could afford to keep a whole box for awhile......They'll get more and more rare as the years roll by, and something tells me that "half hunters" and "coin album people" will be seeking these for many decades !......And what if the Mint/Treasury "melts their stocks" of the Kennedy half someday ? And gets rid of the coin ? You'll have a nice supply in "BU" condition.... or think of when your great-grandchildren reach old age ? They could inherit these BU coins and now you're really talking some age put to them.......(!)
Laura.......I say hold on to them until you're 68 years old and then whatever form of ebay is around at that time....see what they're worth then.....and it'll be worthwhile.......I betcha !
I would probably sell them if it were me though.....just because it's here and now money that I need.....now silver....that's a different story....but BU Kennedys in the mid '90's......i'd "flip em" myself...
But, again...if YOU can afford to keep em' and are considering it....I'm excited by that idea for you !

Thanks Eaglefoot and jbuck....maybe I'll hold onto them for a while and see what happens.
I thought it was kind of strange to see a whole box that way. It was an old box though (you could tell it had been sitting around for a while ). When I first saw all those bright rolls string at me, I was really hoping for BU anything pre-1994, DARN, almost had it.
Like I said, though, I think I'll hold onto the box for a few years at least.

I agree with eaglefoot, keep 'em. Try to get your grandkids obsessed with coin collecting, then when you think they're responsible enough, show then that box and enjoy the looks on their faces.
