I purchased this coin that might be 1909-1DO-002. The die chips in LIBERTY are there but they don't look exactly right and doubling doesn't appear evident on the date. Also, there is not a rvs die clash on the C of CENT. Are there 1909 VDBs out there with similar die chips in LIBERTY that aren't DDO?

Thanks, Louis

This is the copycat one with the die chips in LIBERTY. Note the side by sides:
1909-1-DO-002-Not-Sure
There was another example posted a while back from the same die:
1909-1-DO-002-Not-Sure
It also had the similar die chips on LIBERTY. But with out the hub doubling, it is just a normal die. Hub doubling first, then markers.

I jumped on one of the copycats once too. The chips are minutely different as is the neck clash. I did finally pick a real one. The thickness of the date is the key. Sorry, you'll get them next time! Keep at it!
