When you get lets say a box of 2008 cents, is their any identifier on the box pertaining which mint it was from w/o having to open a sealed box and look at a roll to find out?

Only if it's a box from the mint, otherwise chances are it'll be mixed.

If you happen to get a complete box of new 2008 cents, odds are if you live on the East coast its Philly....West coast its Denver. Alot of boxes are mixed rerolled cents.

Normally when you buy coin from your bank even though the bank buys the money from the fed the fed doesn't actually deliver the money to the bank. Normally a company like Brinks or Security or companies like that. The boxes will have their name on it rather than the mints. Not always but a lot of times a bank is not allowed to give you the actual box that the coin rolls came in, which can be a huge pain when a customer buys a large amount of coin.
