Most of the DDO's on the 1964 cents on coppercoins deal with a rotation of the date and LIBERTY devices. (class 5)
There are two that are a class 8:

So were are not seeing what you are on your coin. We would need to see closer images like the examples on coppercoins to see what you are seeing. sorry
