I know isn't 1mm-012, and I can't find a match for it,

Looks like 1MM-009, WRPM-009. Another image of the date & mint mark would help, but I'm pretty sure that's what it is.

Location is a match with 009. the reason the two mint marks looked different is because of die polishing and die wear. The die polishing thinned the mint mark a bit loosing some of the lower loop that was there earlier on in the die life. uruman's coin is an earlier die state.
