Blank Planchet Penny Type 2 I Think

My personal opinion is that if it has value he could post it on ebay, but if not just keep it for fun. Report this Post to the Staff

Type 1 is a blank. Type two is a planchet. What is the difference between the two? The blank is run through an upset mill and then becomes a planchet. Or put another way: A type 1 goes through the upset mill and becomes a type 2 Key word, becomes. I don't want to upset any one.
