This was a tough one, but I found it. Is an 8 gram coin from Afghanistan minted in AH1339. It is listed in Krause as KM #952. I would caution you that they only minted 200 pieces, so it is more likely that yours is either counterfeit, or perhaps one of the re-strikes. The re-strikes weigh about 4 grams.

OK, the pics are better, but not quite good enough to see the spot I'm most interested in. This spot seems to have some odd markings that aren't there on genuine coins:

I suspect they may be Middle-eastern jewellers marks, used to indicate the fineness of replica gold coins. Making fake gold coins is legal in Dubai, so long as they use real gold and indicate the true gold fineness of the fake, on the fake.
